Acceptance
By using Lyfe Space, you agree to these terms. Lyfe Space is operated by Aequitas, LLC.
The Service
Lyfe Space is a lifestyle intelligence platform that aggregates data from connected applications to generate scores across seven life pillars. Scores are informational and motivational — they are not medical, financial, or professional advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Connected Platforms
You authorize Lyfe Space to access data from platforms you connect. You can revoke access at any time. We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or outages.
Blockchain & Tokens
Lyfe Scores may be published as soulbound tokens on Base L2. Soulbound tokens are non-transferable. Lyfe Coins and cosmetic NFTs are digital assets within the Lyfe Space ecosystem. We make no guarantees of monetary value for any token.
Social Contracts
Social contracts between users are voluntary. Staked Lyfe Coins are subject to the terms of each contract. Either party may exit a contract at any time, forfeiting their stake.
Prohibited Use
Do not use Lyfe Space to harass, stalk, or discriminate against others. Do not attempt to manipulate scores, game the system, or create multiple accounts. Do not reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm or oracle system.
Not Medical Advice
Lyfe Space is not a medical device. Health pillar scores, including those derived from clinical data, are informational only. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Limitation of Liability
Lyfe Space is provided “as is.” We are not liable for decisions made based on scores, insights, or recommendations. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
