Overview
Lyfe Space is operated by Aequitas, LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy applies to the Lyfe Space mobile application and website (lyfe.space).
Data We Collect
Account information (email, display name), connected platform data (Apple Health, Plaid, Instagram, LinkedIn — only data you authorize), self-reported weekly check-in responses, and usage analytics.
Apple HealthKit Data
Health data (steps, workouts, sleep, heart rate) is used solely to calculate your Health pillar score. We do not sell, share, or use HealthKit data for advertising. It is stored encrypted and deletable at any time.
Financial Data
Banking data is accessed through Plaid. We never see your bank credentials. We receive categorized transactions to calculate Wealth scores. Raw financial data is encrypted and never shared.
Blockchain
Your composite score (a single number) may be published on Base L2 as a soulbound token. Raw health, financial, and personal data never touches the blockchain.
Security
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. No SSNs, no government IDs, no facial recognition data stored.
Your Rights
Disconnect platforms anytime. Delete your account and all data anytime. Export your data. Control visibility via Ghost Mode. California residents have additional CCPA/CPRA rights.
We Will Never
Sell individual data. Use facial recognition. Assign threat scores to people. Share data with law enforcement without a valid subpoena and user notification.
